How It's the Little Things that Loyal Customers Appreciate

When I managed a pub, some years ago, we had a group that would show up for dinner and drinks every Thursday night at 7pm. We sat them at their favorite booth each time.

To show my appreciation for their business, and loyalty, I went out and had a brass plaque made with their group name, day and time of reservation engraved on it.  I then mounted it on "their" booth.

On the next Thursday they were so surprised and thankful to see this plaque at their booth. I was told it made them feel special.
